Leadership & Training SpecialistsFounder & Executive Director
Barbara founded Domino Service Dogs to honor her late daughter, Caitlin Tyra Brady, whose journey highlighted the overwhelming barriers, long waitlists, and immense costs families face when trying to obtain a service dog. Determined to create a compassionate, community-centered solution, Barbara established DSD to ensure that cost and systemic hurdles never stand between an individual and their independence.
As a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA) and dedicated attendee of international canine science conferences like Clicker Expo, Barbara combines administrative vision with expert behavioral knowledge. She oversees the organization’s non-profit operations, community partnerships, and handler advocacy, ensuring that DSD remains a safe, welcoming, and empowering environment for every team that walks through our doors.
Randy Walker, CPDT-KADirector of Training
Randy is a prominent advocate within the Colorado disability community and a highly credentialed authority on canine behavioral mechanics. As a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA), he brings years of specialized experience in shaping complex medical alerts, assistance tasks, and public access protocols.
Randy oversees DSD’s comprehensive two-year owner-trainer curriculum. His instructional philosophy is built strictly on humane, force-free, evidence-based methods that foster clear communication and high enthusiasm between handler and dog. From foundational obedience to advanced task work across mobility, POTS, psychiatric, hearing, and seizure support, Randy ensures every team meets the highest standards of reliability and safety.
Beth KillinenExecutive Assistant
Beth is a core pillar of DSD's administrative and operational framework. Her personal journey with DSD began as a student, successfully graduating in 2024 with her Skilled Companion dog, Mabel. She is currently expanding her expertise by training her second dog, Baymax, through the DSD owner-trainer program.
Combining her background in non-profit support with first-hand experience as a handler, Beth manages daily office operations, student onboarding, scholarship coordination, and donor communications. Having navigated the program herself, she provides compassionate, practical guidance to incoming students as they begin their two-year journey.
Sadie CampIntern & Assistant Trainer
Sadie is a proud graduate of the Domino Service Dogs program alongside her working service dog, Tucker. Her success in the owner-trainer curriculum inspired her to give back to the community by pursuing professional trainer development under the direct mentorship of Barbara Henry and Randy Walker.
As an Assistant Trainer and Intern, Sadie supports weekly facility classes, assists handlers with mechanical leashing skills and marker timing, and helps facilitate real-world socialization exercises. Her direct experience overcoming the day-to-day challenges of training a service dog allows her to mentor current students with patience, insight, and practical tips.
Sadie is currently attending a University in Oregon State, but we look forward to having back next summer.
Brandon DoyleOperations & Inventory Coordinator
Brandon plays a vital role in keeping Domino Service Dogs running smoothly behind the scenes. As a proud graduate of the DSD owner-trainer program, Brandon brings invaluable firsthand knowledge of the student journey, combined with exceptional organizational focus, to our daily operations.
In his role, Brandon manages facility inventory, coordinates training equipment and program supplies, and oversees operational logistics to ensure that our handlers and trainers have everything they need for success during weekly classes. Having navigated the two-year program himself, Brandon’s dedication ensures our facility remains structured, stocked, and ready to support every team on their path to independence.
Certified Leadership (CPDT-KA): Our core training staff maintain certification through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers, requiring rigorous testing, continuing education, and adherence to a strict ethical code.
Clicker Expo & Continuing Education: Our staff regularly attend Clicker Expo and leading canine behavior seminars to stay at the forefront of positive reinforcement, behavioral shaping, and humane animal training principles.
Lived Experience: Because the majority of our staff have owner-trained their own service dogs, we understand the physical, emotional, and financial realities of living with a disability—ensuring our program is built around true peer support.
