Barbara is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer-Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA) and a certified TAGteach educator, specializing in the intersection of canine behavioral science and effective human coaching.

Professioal Background Randy Walker is a premier leader in the Colorado disability community and a highly credentialed expert in canine behavior. As the Director of Training for Domino Service Dogs, Randy oversees the development and execution of our owner-trainer curriculum. He is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer-Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA), a designation that represents the gold standard in professional, science-based dog training.
Randy remains at the forefront of the industry, recently earning his Certificate of Completion from Clicker Expo New York, where he studied the latest advancements in behavioral shaping and positive reinforcement with the world’s leading experts. His professional history as the Executive Director of the Center for Independence (CFI) allows him to merge high-level disability advocacy with technical training excellence, ensuring DSD teams receive a world-class education rooted in civil rights and self-determination.

Beth Killinen | She/TheyProfessional Background Beth Killinen is the organizational heart of Domino Service Dogs. As Executive Assistant, she manages the vital operations—from scholarship coordination to donor relations—that allow our programs to thrive. Beth’s commitment to the DSD mission is backed by a deep understanding of our training philosophy; she recently attended Clicker Expo, immersing herself in the latest behavioral science and positive reinforcement techniques. The Personal Connection Beth’s connection to our mission is deeply personal. In 2024, she and her dog, Mabel, graduated from the DSD program as a Skilled Companion team. Today, Beth continues her journey as an active student, currently training her dog, Baymax, through the DSD curriculum. Having walked the path from graduate to current student and Clicker Expo attendee, Beth brings unparalleled empathy and insight to every family we serve. She knows exactly what it takes to build a partnership from the ground up and is a fierce advocate for the bond that changes lives.
